Hypnosis & child birth
Fair new on the scene is the idea of using hypnosis to facilitate child birth. More women are becoming aware that they can birth children in a safe manner, without drugs, anesthesia and with a minimum of discomfort.
Theory here is that people in general and women specifically have been convinced (hypnotized) into believeing that child birth should be an unpleasant experience. Through hypnosis a woman can get rid of the old programing and prepare for a wonderful and fullfilling childbirth experience.
